General principles of the facility

Health and safety rules for visitors

Every person entering the Facility is required to read the Facility Regulations.

The Facility is monitored. Animals are not allowed on the premises, and alcohol may not be brought in or consumed.

If you enter the warehouse, you must:

  • Wear protective footwear and a reflective vest. A protective helmet is also required in the high storage area.
  • Follow the available pictograms and safety signs.
  • Move only along designated pedestrian routes.
  • Move in a column: one behind the other.
  • Do not obstruct or impede the movement of forklift trucks.
  • Do not walk near loading ramps.
  • Do not walk under warehouse gates.
  • Do not step on roller beds.
  • Do not move in the high storage rack area.
  • Keep a safe distance from machines and transport equipment.
  • In case of danger, use the emergency switch.

General safety conditions

Follow health and safety signs and staff instructions. Observe safety rules on the premises.
Alcohol consumption and being under the influence of alcohol is prohibited on the premises.
Move only along designated traffic routes. Do not enter unauthorized areas.
Exercise extreme caution in forklift and vehicle work areas. Maintain a safe distance.
Use the required personal protective equipment (e.g., reflective vest, safety shoes) as indicated.
Cell phone use is allowed only in safe areas and must not cause danger.
In the event of an accident or emergency, immediately inform the facility employee / security and follow instructions.
Do not touch equipment, machinery or installations without permission and supervision of authorized persons.
Follow the rules of order and cleanliness. Do not leave objects on escape routes.
In case of evacuation, go to the nearest evacuation exit and assembly point. Follow the instructions of the evacuation managers.
Familiarize yourself with local health and safety instructions for the facility (including traffic rules, zones, and prohibitions).

Evacuation rules

  • When an evacuation is announced, follow the instructions of the rescue coordinator and the evacuation signs.
  • The person in charge of rescue operations in the warehouse is the Foreman – assigned to a specific part of the hall, wearing a reflective vest with the words "Evacuation Leader."
  • Four assembly points have been designated for after the evacuation, located:

    • [1] in the car park,

    • [3] opposite the electrical switchboard in Hall 6,
    • [4] next to Hall 7.
