Before you start work, remember that you must:
- Complete health and safety training and on-the-job training.
- Have no health contraindications to performing the work.
- Be familiar with the operating instructions for the machines and equipment used at your workplace.
Before starting work:
- Check the passageways and access routes to the workplace, and ensure that it is tidy and orderly.
- Ensure that the goods (transport containers) and energy-absorbing mats are located in the designated area and do not protrude beyond this area (yellow and black lines).
- Observe the limit for stacking transport containers (no more than 10).


- Verify the technical condition and correct operation of equipment and tools at the workplace.

During work:
- Work in accordance with ergonomic principles, following applicable procedures and instructions (naturally straight posture with head slightly tilted).
- Do not exceed the permissible lifting standards:
- Women in permanent employment 12 kg/ in casual employment 20 kg.
- Men in permanent employment 30 kg/in casual employment 50 kg.


- Follow the permissible standards when transporting goods with a trolley:
- For women, this is 180 kg of goods + trolley.
- For men, it is 450 kg of goods + trolley.

- Before transport, check the weight of the goods using a scanner.
- When placing goods on conveyor belts, be careful not to get caught by their moving parts.
- Make sure that the goods are arranged in such a way that they do not move during transport.

After finishing work:
- Secure the tools so that they do not pose a threat to the environment.
- Clean up the workstation.

What is NOT allowed?
- Modify or repair devices and equipment on your own.
- Use equipment contrary to its intended purpose.

Failure or accident?
- If something breaks, stop using the equipment and report the fault to your supervisor.
- If there has been an accident, do not touch anything and inform your supervisor.
- Hang a sign saying "OUT OF SERVICE" on the damaged workstation.
- In the event of an accident, provide first aid to the injured person and call emergency services if necessary.
