Before you start work, you must:
- Complete health and safety training and on-the-job training.
- Have no health contraindications to performing the work.
- Be familiar with the operating instructions for the machines and equipment used at your workplace.
Before starting work:
- Check the condition of the power cables.
- If you find any damage, report it to your supervisor.
- Before using the system, check that no one is in the danger zone.
During operation:
- When the car is ready for loading/unloading, press button "2" on the control panel.
- When the red "7" LED starts flashing, you will hear an audible signal.
- When the ramp is blocked, the green indicator light on the control panel "6" will light up.
ATTENTION! If you find the control panel flashing green and red alternately, follow this sequence:
- Press the RESET button.
- Press the reverse button "3."

After completing the operation:
- After loading/unloading, press the "3" button to unlock the vehicle.
- When the green lights come on outside, the vehicle can drive away.
What NOT to do?
- Start loading/unloading without locking the vehicle.
- Perform activities without on-the-job training.
- Use faulty equipment.
- Stay in the area where the vehicle is moving while it is approaching or departing.
- Perform repairs and modifications by unauthorized persons.
Breakdown or accident?
- If something breaks down, turn off the device and secure it against restarting (red emergency button on the gate control panel) and report the fault to your supervisor.
- If an accident has occurred, do not move anything and inform your supervisor.
- A sign should be posted on the damaged device stating: "Device under repair – do not turn on!"
